Employee Loyalty
Today, employee loyalty means that I give my full commitment to the job — while I’m on the job. Someone who has been with you for 20 months can make a greater contribution than an employee who has been employed by the organization for 20 years …
Conclusion
Loyalty is a result for a series of actions and approved measures among all terminals workers, leaders, managers, owners … and it’s a rule for one of them alone .. All have to do together to achieve and reach!
